Originally from Piedmont, CA, Spencer gained firsthand real estate experience analyzing mobile home park deals for a family office, where he developed expertise in underwriting, valuation, and deal structuring. This allowed him to work with a wide range of investors, from mom-and-pop owners to institutional clients.

He later moved to Southern California, earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and completing a Real Estate Investment and Finance certificate from UCLA. At the Glaser Group, Spencer combines financial modeling, market expertise, and a strong work ethic to help clients identify value-driven opportunities in a fast-changing market. He stays informed on local legislation, rent control policies, and economic shifts, ensuring his clients make well-informed decisions.

Spencer is also experienced in trust sales and 1031 exchange advisory, guiding clients through tax-efficient strategies to build long-term wealth. Whether working with experienced investors, family trusts, or first-time sellers, he delivers tailored solutions to optimize portfolios.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys beach days in Playa Del Rey, snowboarding in Mammoth, and cooking for friends and family. He also stays active in the gym and on the basketball court. Despite living in Southern California, he frequently visits Piedmont to spend time with his family.
